Bookkeeping: We run an “Open-Book” policy when it comes to daybooks and accounts. Our accounting staff maintains day-to-day accounts on a Sage system so that we can easily update members on financial issues.

Maintenance: We answer and address in full, every problem that is brought to our attention. We are experts in finding cost effective, long-lasting solutions to every maintenance issue.

Communication/ Online Forum: We go to every length to communicate properly with all our residential and commercial property owners. Group emails are regularly sent (normally once per month) and letters are posted to all members whenever necessary. We have an online forum for members to privately and securely discuss any issues that concern their management company or resident’s association.

As well as this we post a copy of your company’s bank statement on the forum each month. We do not disclose the name of each owner paying fees in but we do make everyone aware of the amounts being paid in and of course we show how much is being paid for invoices on rubbish removal, insurance, gardening, repairs & renewals etc

Debt Collection: Wherever possible we handle all debt collection matters ourselves. We find that communicating regularly with members and showing how much effort and hard work is going into reducing costs means that the vast majority of owners will pay on time. We do use a top-class debt collection solicitor, but only when every other avenue has been explored.

We do everything possible to drive costs down. We generally achieve a minimum reduction of 20% on residential and commercial property service charges within 12 months of our service being taken on and we continuously work to keep costs low for every member year after year.

Three quote minimum: We can assure all members that when we act as managing agent for your company we will ensure the lowest price and most effective long-term solution on all repair / upgrade work before it is carried out.

Transit Van: We have a transit van on the road every day of the week with staff carrying weekly inspections for every property under our management. This means that when inspections are carried out the small jobs can be taken care of by our staff (i.e. picking up small amounts of litter, changing a light-bulb or doing a quick sweep-up if necessary).

Dumping is an ongoing problem in almost all apartment complexes so by having the van on the road we make sure to keep costs at an absolute minimum whilst keeping the communal areas of your property clean and tidy.
